Richard has recently joined the OZEV team, leading the delivery of grants to households, businesses and schools seeking to make the switch to electric vehicles. Richard has over 20 years’ experience delivering local transport programmes at the Department for Transport, including in active travel and accessibility. He has previously worked with local authorities to deliver active travel infrastructure programmes, as well as leading the delivery of the Bikeability national cycle training programme for schools which has delivered important life skills to more than 5 million pupils.
